Renata Voss
Founder & Lead Guide
Renata started Felden after years helping people through accessibility paperwork that should have been simple. She keeps every guide honest and human.
Felden Practice is a calm, accessibility-first wellbeing studio. We turn the hard-to-navigate parts of everyday life - disability ID guidance, emotional growth, mindfulness, and resilience - into clear, dependable steps you can take with confidence.
We believe good guidance should be easy to reach and easy to trust. Everything we publish and practice is built to genuinely help the person on the other side - especially when they're navigating something that feels heavy or unfamiliar.
We began in 2018 with a stubborn belief: a person navigating a disability ID application, a hard season in a relationship, or a wobble in their mental health shouldn't also have to fight through jargon to get help. So we strip the friction out - and leave the dignity in.
Today, Felden blends researched written guidance with calm, practical wellbeing practice. We aim for WCAG AAA clarity on the copy that matters most, because the people we serve include keyboard and screen-reader users, carers, and anyone simply having a harder day than usual.

Plain language, answer first, no padding or hype.
Reader-first and person-first - never engagement-first.
We design for the person navigating something hard, with care.
When you reach out, one of these three actually reads it.
